Solution
After conducting assessment of the system, Jimway technicians drafted a total solution plan to improve the coal conveying, the plant agreed to upgrade the transfer points loading conveyors.Installation crews from Jimway Services performed the project. On one conveyors, the work included installation of a Jimway Skirtboard Sealing System, Impact Bed, Jimway ESP Dust Suppression.

3. Skirtboard Sealing System:Employs two wear surfaces on a single elastomer sealing strip installed along the bottom of the skirtboard in the loading zone.
