Problem
- The conveyor belt was misaligned, had to be shut down.
- The belt is too close to the ground , accumulated material on structure and ground that accelerate the roller wear out, causes the roller seized up.

A custom made inverted self-tracking return roller was selected and installed, model JR1T, on the clean side of the belt. Boosting up the operation time and lifespan of existing conveyor equipment is extended. With its unique engineered action of the guiding system rapidly correct the path of conveyor belt, avoiding the belt edge and structure contact.
