Using the on-site extrusion machinery,Jimway ensures the non-toxic and recycled HDPE pipes of superior quality, which have higher tensile strength and impact resistance properties.As the manufacturer,we provide as much idlers description as we can, from JIS,CEMA,DIN and ISO standard to custom-designed idlers.The roller is designed to meet tough applications, such as high pollution, corrosion,and chemical environments ; therefore , it conveys a wide range of materials, for examples , fertilizer, salt, sugar ,pupl papper , acid , alkaline , etc.

Powder coating
- One of the most environment-friendly coating ststems to coat in the range of 50~300um per one cycle.Powder coating with good impact resistance not easily rubbed off when handling the roller.
- Removing rust and degreasing parts before powder coating for effective operation and the belt service life extension.
