Undertaking conveyor roller change out is an important step in conveyor system maintenance. The job of change roller of a conveyor load zone is challenging one. Load zone have skirtboard and sealing system , need to raise belt to replace roller. These routine practices are often time consuming, labour intensive and increase the safety hazards and maintenance downtime.

The solution is allow conveyor rollers to be changed under conveyor transfer loading chutes ,effective in removing the hassles associated with roller replacement. Roller frames slide into place without the need to remove adjacent idlers also without the idlers frame being laid down or removed.
