Particular S -Type Blade Design.
By particular S-type design, blade vibrates when belt operating, affects belt to achieve clearing-material effect. Plus, the belt passes through triple scraping to achieve more clearing-material effect. Also, the blade is made of soft rubber so that it is hurtless to belt surface even though the belt surface is worn or with holes, on the contrary, it can increase the life of damaged belt.
By particular S-type blade design, you can use both sides of blade. Hence, CSC-S2 belt cleaner is reversible; besides, you can turn to use other side of blade when one side of blade is worn, so S-type blade is very economical. |

Outstanding Torsion Design.
| With internal stress of main structure and torsion adjuster to absorb belt beat in operation, the blade touch belt surface and achieve more complete scraping effect. Torsion design at side of main structure absorbs the impact, protects blade from it. Through direction-adjusting bar, you can change the direction of torsion. Additionally, with reversible adjusting function of torsion adjuster, you can install torsion adjuster at both sides of chute. |
