Jim Way, established in 1980, is a professional belt conveyor accessories manufacturer. Our major products are Idlers, Pulley & Lagging, Primary Self-Adjusting Type Belt Cleaner, Secondary Self-Adjusting Type Belt Cleaner, Impact Bed and Impact Bar under chute, Multiply Skirt Rubber, and Wear-resistance Lining Products. In 1998, we had qualification of ISO 9001 certification on manufacture and quality control. In 2002, we became the member of NIBA (National Industrial Belting Association). In order to immediately provide products for customers, we established a 50%-owned subsidiary factory in Indonesia in 2001 and expanded two factories in Taiwan from 2003 to 2006. In order to satisfy of customer demand, we extended the factory to enlarge the manufacture. Furthermore, the quality control is also promoting to ISO 9001:2000 for more valid of the quality control management system and accurate to handle the manage schedule. The quality certificate is guarantee of our products conform to international standard. Our products have been widely adopted by China Steel Corp., Taiwan Power Company, Formosa Power stations, Mining Companies, Cement Industry and the most important as well as biggest governmental industries which rigorously require excellent quality on conveyor accessories. Moreover, Jim Way has exported to North America, Australia, Europe, and New Zealand for many years. PG TYPE ◢

End discs and hubs welded by open slot is full permeability process as well as being treated by pressure removal anneling, and the hubs and shaft about hot jacket stress fit process that can help transmit a quite large torque which is applicable to all types of conveyers.


PH TYPE ◢

End discs and hubs are made integral forming by high-quality cast steel or thick steel and are treated the process of homogenization that would bring no defects from welding process with its connection point has a large and a smooth R andgle that can alleviate the concentration of press. Permissible transmittable torque and moment of flexion are bigger then PG type.


PT TYPE ◢

End discs and hubs are made integral forming by high-quality cast steel but is different from other of PH mode on its shape. Outer circumference of end discs not welded directly on shell but is being processed of the butt weld with the hubs so as to make soldering track avoiding from the high stress part which is a quite advanced belt pulley that is the most appropriate for large high-loaded conveyer and small diameter belt pulley.


PHK/PTK TYPE ◢

Having the same structure as that of PH/PT types but being connected of the hubs and shaft by adopting the key-less connectors rather than hot jacket stress fit that is not only a convenience for assembly and maintenance but also a more even and firmer connection of the shaft and hubs than that of hot jacket stress, thus this type can bear a greater fluctuation stress.






Pulley outer lining ceramic tiles are made of wearing endurable materials. Can be used for all driven pulleys.



Mosaic ceramic tiles are made of wearing endurable materials for longer service life. It is used for drive pulley.
