Jim Way, established in 1980, is a professional belt conveyor accessories manufacturer. Our major products are Idlers, Pulley & Lagging, Primary Self-Adjusting Type Belt Cleaner, Secondary Self-Adjusting Type Belt Cleaner, Impact Bed and Impact Bar under chute, Multiply Skirt Rubber, and Wear-resistance Lining Products. In 1998, we had qualification of ISO 9001 certification on manufacture and quality control. In 2002, we became the member of NIBA (National Industrial Belting Association). In order to immediately provide products for customers, we established a 50%-owned subsidiary factory in Indonesia in 2001 and expanded two factories in Taiwan from 2003 to 2006. In order to satisfy of customer demand, we extended the factory to enlarge the manufacture. Furthermore, the quality control is also promoting to ISO 9001:2000 for more valid of the quality control management system and accurate to handle the manage schedule. The quality certificate is guarantee of our products conform to international standard. Our products have been widely adopted by China Steel Corp., Taiwan Power Company, Formosa Power stations, Mining Companies, Cement Industry and the most important as well as biggest governmental industries which rigorously require excellent quality on conveyor accessories. Moreover, Jim Way has exported to North America, Australia, Europe, and New Zealand for many years. ● Spiral Return Idler

The spiral return idler with wear-resistance urethane ring is installed to support the empty belt when carrying particularly sticky materials.

The spiral shaped discs have the specific purpose of removing the incrustations that particular materials may build-up on the belt. So the spiral return idler can keep the belt more clean than ordinary return idler.





● Rubber Disc Return Idler

The idlers are surfaced with anti-wear and high-elastic rubber to convey the materials with sticky, corrosive tendency.

Besides, they can remove the fine grain or powdery articles adhered to belt's surface and thus to restrain the belt from transverse displacement.


Rubber ring is made of urethane and the wear-resistance is better than SBR rubber. It is suitable for high viscosity and high abrasion raw material.



Return idler with combination of urethane and ceramic disc ring is suitable for high viscosity, abrasion, sticking and corrosion raw material. For example: Sinter, Coke, Salt, Limestone, Furnace slag & Water quenching slag.




● Separable Roller Bracket (Impact Carrier Idler Unit)






Separable Idler Bracket

The spiral idler bracket is used for impact idler portion. The slide surfaces are made of anti-corrosion and low friction coefficient plastic liner that the bracket can be separated easily. Both parts of bracket ca be disassembled and moved outward for easily idler replacement.
