Jim Way, established in 1980, is a professional belt conveyor accessories manufacturer. In order to immediately provide products for customers, we established a 50%-owned subsidiary factory in Indonesia in 2001 and expanded two factories in Taiwan from 2003 to 2006. JCRTM
The JCRTM Primary cleaner features small and exquisite polyurethane blades that are mainly designed for pulley diameter which is between 100mm to 250mm. Through Rubber Torsion Arm Mounting System (RTAM), the blades can absorb the external force instantly and perform effective scraping function without any severe wear. In order to make each blade achieve proper tension function, each
individual blade can be adjusted automatically against the pulley face.

The installation of JCRTM is simple. The maintenance is quick and the cleaning job is excellent.

Installation Instructions:

Position both Mount Plates and weld it.
Set the cleaner on the Mount Plate and keep the blades in the center of pulley face, then screw No.1 locking bolts and nuts, but leave the locking bolts loose
Confirm the No.1-No.3 locking bolts and nuts are loose and rotate the No.4 at lowest.
Position the cleaner as Fig.1 and confirm the blade tips are properly against the pulley face, and then tighten No.1 locking bolts and nuts. The best proper distance between Pole and Belt is 38-42mm.
Set the Adjust Plate at lowest and touch to the mount plate, then tighten No.2 locking bolts and nuts.
Screw No.4 locking bolts and nuts as Fig.1 (3-5°)
The last step is to tighten both No.3 locking bolts and nuts.
When the material go down, be aware not to hit the back body of blades.
After running for a period, please loose No.3 locking bolts and nuts, then screw No.4 locking bolts and nuts upward to keep appropriate tension between blade tips & belt. After that, tighten No.3 locking bolts & nuts.
