JW's Ceramic Slide-Laggin not only increases in the coefficient of friction between the belt and pulley, but also protects the pulley face and belt surface from damage. The replaceable Ceramic Slide-laggin is able to extent the lifetime of pulleys; moreover, it can be installed on the job site without removing either the belt or pulleys from the system. The plates slide in and out of special metal retainers which have been securely welded to the pulley face. Reduces Belt Slippage When the surface of belt is wet, JW's ceramic Slide-Lagging with hexagon dimpled ceramic tiles imbedded prevents the belt from slip or mis-alignment and therefore enhance the lifetime of pulleys. The unique drainage ditches design for feature is to drain unnecessary liquid and increase more adhesion. The backside of ceramic tiles is curve design and this can ensure tough adhesion between ceramic tiles and rubber.
